My order

Yes, you will receive your tracking number in your purchase confirmation email. And if after 3 days the tracking number is still not operational, please contact us by e-mail at: support@techno-connecte.com.  

We are sorry to learn this. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: support@techno-connecte.com and we will tell you how to return the item to us. In parallel we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

We apologise for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to the current health crisis.

However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel that you need help in tracing your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at: support@techno-connecte.com  

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Stripe) and soon PayPal payments.

When making an online purchase with your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secured web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Refunds

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, provided that the appeal is made within 15 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. Shipping

We ship your order within 1-3 days and delivery is made within 1-15 days after shipping.

No, our products are specifically targeted at France. However, an expansion to ensure delivery to other EU countries is under development.

Our headquarters are located in Canada and in France.
